WE'RE BOOKED UP! ******** Booth Space: We will have two sizes of booths available: >8 ft. by 10 ft. -- $50.00 >8 ft. by 20 ft. -- $75.00 Electricity will be available for $10.00. Please bring your own extension cord. Each space can have a maximum of two electrical devices. There are not many electrical outlets around the spaces. If you are going to have more than one electrical device, please bring a power strip. Wall Space: If you would like your booth to be next to a wall, please indicate that on your application.

Christmas Shoppe Guidelines
1. Vendor booth space will be assigned on a first come, first served the basis. We will try our best to NOT have vendors with duplicate brands or specific types of products. A list of currently registered vendors is at the bottom of this page. 2. Six foot rectangular tables (limited number of rectangular tables) and 5 foot round tables are available at no extra charge – one table and two chairs per vendorwill be provided. If you need additional table space you will need to provide your own extra tables. 3. Items should not display nor portray nudity or contain items that could be deemed inappropriate for a church setting. 4. All items are required to remain up until the close of the Christmas Shoppe at 4:00 P.M. on November 18, 2017. 5. Vendors are required to have their booths completely set up by 9:30 A.M. on November 18th . 6. The Fellowship Hall and Gymnasium will be open between 4:00 P.M. and 7:00 P.M. on Friday, November 17, 2017 should you want to set up the day before the event. 7. Vendors will need to bring their own easels, and display boards, or extra tables (if needed), for their items. No nails or screws in walls will be allowed. No shipments will be allowed. 8. By signing on page one of the Commerce Christmas Shoppe Application and Guidelines you are granting permission to the Commerce Christmas Shoppe Committee, the United Methodist Women, and Commerce First United Methodist Church to use your name and any pictures in advertising for the event. 9. Original paintings, artwork, jewelry, resale items, clothing, baskets, flower arrangements, makeup, soaps, wreaths, table decorations , home décor, ornaments, jellies/jams, tote bags, yard art, lotions, food, signs, home decor, pottery, hand painted china, antiques, crafts items, wood items, pottery, and homemade items in all media will be considered ideal. 10. Commerce Christmas Shoppe will try to avoid any exact duplication of vendor items. 11. Deadline for receipt of application and fees: November 3, 2017 12. Notification: Vendors will receive an application receipt confirmation and any updated information regarding event or set up. 13. Booth/display set up must be completed by 9:30 A.M. on the day of the event. 14. No refunds will be issued. 15. Facility will be locked at 7:00 P.M. on Friday, November 17, 2017, and door monitors will be in place at 8:00 A.M. on November 18, 2017. 16. Coffee, water, soft drinks, snacks and light lunch foods will be available to vendors in the kitchen area. 17. It would be nice (not mandatory) if you would provide a door prize for our guests and customers. 18. Volunteers will be available to show you to your booth space, bring you water or provide you with a lunch or rest break. We appreciate you spending your time, talents and day with us on this adventure. All funds raised from the Commerce Christmas Shoppe will be used for United Methodist Women mission projects.
